Committee Activities: |
The Committee intends to develop one or more projects concerning recent developments in the area, including the proposed amendments to the FAA, the recent Hague Convention on jurisdiction and enforcement of judgments, and the recent free trade agreements signed by the US.
The Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Committee presented two panels at ILW 2009.
