Committee Mandate
The International Arbitration Committee focuses on developments related to commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, as well as enforcement of international arbitration agreements and arbitral awards in national courts. The Committee strives to bring together a community of practitioners and academics to advance the goal of promoting efficiency in, and increasing familiarity with, international arbitration as a means of resolving disputes. To provide opportunities for international lawyers to discuss the latest developments in the field, the Committee organizes – and invites proposals for – events or projects focused on specific topics relevant to the resolution of international disputes.
